We can also take the example of beef rolls ups as a good low carb diet recipe. Its recipe requires 2 lbs. beef round, 1/2 cup fresh basil minced, 2 oz. roasted red peppers, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 6 slices prosciutto, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup onion sliced and 2 cups of tomato sauce.

Cut the beef into slices. Pound them with the help of a heavy chopper to make the slices fine and flatten. Spread some salt and pepper on the slices and put the roasted red peppers over them. Add a layer of prosciutto and Parmesan cheese over every slice. Top up with fresh basil minced and roll up tightly. You can tie up with string for safety packing. Roast the garlic and onion in some oil until brown. Also fry the beef rolls. On being cooked transfer these ingredients to a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce. Preheat the oven to 300 F and bake the rolls for approximately one and half hours.
